32 Hillshire Farm® Lit'l Smokies®

1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

Mustard or Ketchup, if desired

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Unroll dough, separate at perforations, creating 4 rectangles. Press perforations to seal.

Cut each rectangle lengthwise into 8 strips with a knife or pizza cutter, making a total of 32 strips. Wrap one strip of dough around each sausage stretching dough slightly to look like bandages. Leave tip of sausage exposed to create face. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Draw features with mustard on tip of sausage to create face. Serve with mustard and ketchup, if desired.

Serving size:

1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 Tsp of all-purpose flour

2 1/2 cups of vegetable broth

1 13.5 oz can of coconut milk cream (to taste)

1/2 cup of oyster sauce (to taste)

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 tsp of black pepper

1/2 tsp of old bay seasoning

2 lbs of raw large shrimp, peeled

1 sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions:

Note: A wok is preferred, however a medium saucepan can be substituted.

1. Heat wok on stove over medium heat and add olive oil.

2. Add Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage and sauté for 5- 10 minutes.

3. Add sliced onion, peppers, and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent.

4. With a spatula stir in flour, incorporating thoroughly.

7. Add garlic powder, pepper, and old bay seasoning to sauce. Simmer sauce for 5 minutes. Adjust seasonings if needed.

9. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

10. Remove from wok and place into a serving dish. Serve over a bed of rice, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients:

2 packs of Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage

1 large onion (chopped)

10 flour tortillas

2 cans of enchilada sauce

1 lb of shredded Mexican cheese

2 large chopped tomatoes

1 container of sour cream

Shredded lettuce

1 18" Glass cooking dish

1 skillet

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Chop the Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage and stir fry in the skillet with half of the chopped onions until the onions are done (translucent). Once the mixture is done, add a half a can of enchilada sauce.

Take the other half of the enchilada sauce and coat the bottom of the glass cooking dish. Put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in a tortilla (add shredded cheese inside the tortilla if desired). Roll the tortilla and place it with the folded side down into the glass dish. Do all of the tortillas the same. Pour the second can of enchilada sauce over the tortillas. Cover with foil and bake for 25-35 minutes. Once it has baked, remove the foil, cover tortillas with shredded cheese and bake until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes. The tomatoes, shredded lettuce, the remainder of the chopped onions, the remainder of the cheese, and the sour cream may be used to top the enchiladas.

Ingredients:

1 pack of Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa

9 uncooked lasagna noodles

1 onion, sliced

1/2 cup butter

2 2/3 cups dry potato flakes

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain, pat dry and interleave in a damp towel to keep moist OR spray each noodle with cooking spray OR lightly apply some oil. In a separate large skillet over medium heat, combine the onions with the butter and sauté for 5 minutes. Prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to package directions, but omit the milk. Stir in the cream cheese until well blended. Place 3 noodles in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 the potato mixture over the noodles in the dish. Then place your pre-cut Polska Kielbasa on top. Top this with 3 more noodles, followed by the other 1/2 of the potato mixture. Finish by topping with the remaining 3 noodles, and then top those with sautéed onions. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or until bubbly. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting
